Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your FlashTask account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your data afterwards.
How to delete your account
There are two ways to request deletion — choose whichever is most convenient.
Delete directly in the app Recommended
- 1.Sign in to your FlashTask account (web or mobile app).
- 2.Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar).
- 3.Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- 4.Click Delete my account and confirm in the dialog.
- 5.Your account and all data listed below will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
Submit a deletion request by email
- 1.Send an email to flashtask@realiseo.studio from the email address associated with your account.
- 2.Use the subject line: “Account deletion request”.
- 3.We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- 4.Deletion will be completed within 90 days of your confirmed request.
Data permanently deleted
The following data is irreversibly deleted within 90 days of your confirmed request.

| Task data | All tasks, descriptions, dates, statuses, categories, and attachments |
| Voice recordings | All audio recordings and their AI-generated transcriptions |
| Calendar integrations | Sync tokens and integration credentials for any connected calendar service, stored by FlashTask. Events in your external calendars — including those created by FlashTask — remain untouched and are not deleted. |

Data retained after deletion
Certain data must be kept for legal or security reasons even after your account is deleted. This data is kept strictly limited to the purpose and period described below.

Note on active subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling it before requesting account deletion ensures you are not charged again. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. Please cancel your subscription first via Manage subscription or contact us at flashtask@realiseo.studio.
Changed your mind? You can cancel the deletion.
Your account is not immediately deleted — it remains in a pending deletion state for up to 90 days. During this period, you can cancel the deletion at any time by simply signing in to your FlashTask account. You will be prompted to confirm whether you want to restore your account or keep the deletion scheduled.
After the 90-day period, the account and all associated data listed above are permanently and irreversibly deleted. This action cannot be undone.
