1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of FlashTask on iOS and Android. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Accounts and security
Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or disrupt availability.
5. Voice AI and offline sync
Voice recordings are processed by AI to create tasks. Offline changes sync automatically when connectivity returns.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of tasks you create. You grant FlashTask a limited license to host and process data to provide the service.
7. Service changes
We may modify features, pricing, or availability, and will provide notice where required.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
9. Liability
FlashTask is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages or data sync delays to the extent allowed by law.
10. Governing law
For EU users, GDPR applies. Local consumer laws may also apply depending on your location.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically and notify users when required.
